SLOW BURN sessions are held in our heated studio in Düsseldorf-Flingern. We also offer Sunday workouts at The Zipper Hotel. Our classes deepen your practice and enhance detoxification.

SLOW BURN Signature

A refined blend of yoga and pilates. Calm, stretching yoga elements meet strengthening, stabilizing pilates exercises to improve posture, body control, and inner balance.

HOT FLOW

A dynamic, fluid yoga practice with fluid sequences practiced in a warm room. Breath and movement become one. This session fosters strength, flexibility, and moving meditation.

HOT PILATES

An intense full-body workout combining strength, endurance, and mobility. The heat activates muscles faster and boosts perspiration.

HOT SCULPT

A power-focused pilates workout using weights to define and tone. Expect a deep burn with a focus on core stability and controlled, precise movements.

STANDING SCULPT

Standing Sculpt is a Pilates-inspired workout mainly performed standing and using weights. Through a series of controlled, functional movements, this class cultivates strength and muscle definition while simultaneously refining balance and postural alignment.

HOT MEN’S CLASS

Exclusively for men: A high-intensity full-body workout in a heated environment. The heat enhances mobility, activates the muscular system, and maximizes caloric expenditure.

PILATES x STRENGTH

A 45-minute strength-building session using Pilates-based exercises supported by weights. Suitable for both beginners and advanced participants.

LYMPHATIC PILATES FLOW

A Yoga-Pilates class designed to support lymphatic flow combines gentle flows with targeted exercises and mindful breathing. Smooth movements, light inversions, and controlled muscle work stimulate the lymphatic system, enhance circulation, and improve mobility and posture. The class is a balanced flow, designed to awaken the body and soothe the mind.

PILATES SHORTY

In this class, you’ll work up a sweat with Pilates exercises consistently supported by weights. The 30-minute session is designed as a quick workout you can easily fit into your lunch break and is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants.

PILATES HIIT

In this high-energy Hot Pilates HIIT class, you’ll train in the hot room through dynamic, faster-paced sequences designed to make you sweat from start to finish. Using a variety of props. Over 45 minutes, the session combines Pilates-based exercises with high-intensity inspired training to challenge both your muscles and endurance. Suitable for more advanced participants.

SLOW BURN x ZIPPER PILATES

Every Sunday at The Zipper Hotel (Düsseldorf-Heerdt): an intense full-body workout combining strength, endurance, and mobility. This 45-minute Pilates class is hosted within the hotel’s exclusive meditation suite. Your experience includes post-session sauna access, full locker and shower amenities, and a complimentary coffee in the community lounge.
