SLOW BURN Signature

A refined blend of Yoga and Pilates. Calm, stretching yoga elements meet strengthening, stabilizing Pilates exercises to improve posture, body control, and inner balance.

HOT FLOW

A dynamic, fluid yoga practice with fluid sequences practiced in a warm room. Breath and movement become one. This session fosters strength, flexibility, and moving meditation.

HOT PILATES

An intense full-body workout combining strength, endurance, and mobility. The heat activates muscles faster and boosts perspiration.

HOT SCULPT

A power-focused pilates workout using weights to define and tone. Expect a deep burn with a focus on core stability and controlled, precise movements.

STANDING SCULPT

Standing Sculpt is a Pilates-inspired workout mainly performed standing and using weights. Through controlled, functional exercises, strength, stability, and muscle definition are trained while balance and posture are improved at the same time.

HOT MEN’S CLASS

Exclusively for men: The Hot Men’s Class offers a high-intensity full-body workout in a heated environment. The heat enhances mobility, activates the muscular system, and maximizes caloric expenditure.
