Absolutely! Our sessions are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level. Our instructors provide modifications for every pose.

Bring a large towel and your water bottle. Wear breathable, moisture-wicking gear. Mats are provided for your convenience.

Our studio is heated between 32°C and 40°C max.

For best results, aim for 2–3 sessions weekly. This allows your body to acclimate to the heat and recover while building strength and flexibility at a sustainable, healthy pace.

Yes! Hot Yoga is for building flexibility, not just showing it off. The heat warms your muscles, allowing you to safely increase your range of motion and improve mobility over time.

Please consult your doctor before practicing Hot Yoga while pregnant.
